Does rastra construction (insolated concrete forms) cost less than wood frame construction? - rastra block

I understand that the construction Rastra takes much less time than the traditional wood frame construction. However, concrete blocks and Rastra in their costs far more than wood. Can anyone estimate the difference in cost per square meter?
